week 5...fond mems

Can't tell them all it would take forever! but here are a few.
when i was 6 my dad asked me... how would you like to be in the drum corp?
I was very excited about this and said yes i would like to play the drums.
so i went every week to learn. they had this long table with round drum pads and i was
so small i couldn't reach them. they had to stack 2 coke bottle cases on top of each other so i could reach. back then the coke bottle cases were made of wood. bein so small my drum instructor would get a kick out of puttin a drum on me. it was very heavy and would hurt my shoulder so my mother made me a little pillow to put on my shoulder so the strap wouldn't cut into my shoulder.

Another fond memory i have as a kid is when i got my first record player at christmas with records! it was like alittle box, the cover was white and the bottom was red. the record i loved the most was Little Lulu and her bag of tricks.

i remember when i finally learned how to ride a 2 wheeler.
and it was my grandfather who taught me how to make potholders.
the kid next door showed me how to knit.
the first grade nun who thought i was special.( Aim, your gonna have to ask me why this nun thought i was so special)
never forget givin birth to the girls and many happy times with them through the years.
i also have fond memories of my dog Lady, she was such a good girl.
lookin at Kaitlyn when she was first born i will never forget!

week 4.. nickname and why

when i was a kid my father always introduced me as Suzie. i use to cringe, i hated it and even till today if someone calls me suzie i don't like it. when i was around 12, 13 one certain person started callin me sammy. i didn't mind that at the time, i was a tomboy. with the real name of
Susan.... most everyone calls me Sue.

week 3 , physical traits

i can only think of one physical trait.
my mother had ugly elbows! now i never really thought much about elbows before but
seems in my aging process, which i'm not handling well, my elbows are starting to look
like my mothers!!! i could just scream. so if you see me in long sleeves even if it's 90
degrees out you will know i am hiding my ugly elbows! lol

Anything unusual about the circumstances of your birth?

Don't know much about my birth, don't remember the time or how much i weighed or even the hospital i was born in. some place in worcester.
I know i was delivered by cesarean section. I was " the middle child". My older brother and
younger sister also were delivered C-section. My mother is a tiny woman , only stands about
4'5" if that and is very small framed. I'm sure C-section was the only way for her to go.
OH!!! i do remember the date!!! December 4th....not tellin what year LOL

what is your full name? Were you named after someone?

Is this a trick question? There's seems to be many ways for me to answer this.
My birth certificate reads Susan Marie Warren. I was confirmed and added the name Bernadette. Then i got married and my last name changed to Cummins. So i think my name is Susan Marie Bernadette Cummins. Never gave any thought to any of this.

My middle name is from my grandmother Rose Marie on my father's side.
I chose Bernadette as my confirmation name because i thought Bernadette was so
lucky to have seen the blessed virgin mother and i'll never understand why they tormented her so for telling the truth. I admire her courage and till this day still belive she saw her.

So ya don't really use your confirmation name on any legal documents. So what is it good for?
I have no idea. So is my legal name Susan Marie Cummins? I sign everything Susan M. Cummins so i guess that's it!

Hope the next question is easier lol , like what's your favorite color
